Returns policy

If something is wrong with your order or your visit, we will put it right. Contact us as soon as you can, with your order or booking number, and we will replace it, redo it or refund it — your choice where more than one is possible.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them. Something paid at the store is refunded at the store.
